LEARN MOREOur services are covered by Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare/Medicaid Advantage Plans and Private Insurances.
We bill your insurance but all copays and/or deductible are payable directly to the clinic by the patients if applicable. However, the patient is responsible for uncovered services. We do accept cash/uninsured patients.
Appointments can be made online, in person or by phone.

Our cost varies based on the type of visit (New or Established), routine, or procedural. However for patients without insurance and in need of assistance, cost will be decided on a case by case basis.
